Weekend getaway in the city of angels...

A few months ago, my boyfriend(Eddie) surprised me with two tickets to go see Donald Glover. The rapper, also known as Childish Gambino. I anticipated for the day to arrive and when it finally did, we both were thrilled! The ride there consisted of us pigging out on snacks we had packed as well as listening to great music.

Magnificent objects LA, many involving graffiti. I have no clue who POSTAL is, but shoutout to you and that amaaaaaazing S!

We managed to get help from Yelp to figure out where we wanted to pig out. Eddie so happened to find a place called Roscoe's which was famous for their chicken and waffles. I have to admit, this is a must try! I ordered an omelet filled with chicken and cheese plus a side of french fries(a bit on the boring side, but soooo scrumptious!) Eddie ordered the chicken covered in gravy along with waffles. Once again, a MUST try if you're ever in the LA area. We left that place in a food comma!

I also had to stop at a cute bakery I spotted while walking. "La Monarca Bakery" which is "The Monarch Bakery" in english. I went in there wanting coffee and left with an iced hibiscus mango tea instead. So refreshing for that hot day! The people there were sweet & friendly. What more can you ask for from a Bakery?

Guess who I met on this trip?! If you guys are as much into Vine as I am, this familiar face is who I  met^.^

And finally, waiting patiently for Childish Gambino to come on stage. Might I add, he gave a phenomenal show! I believe me and E were the only ones dancing the WHOLE time!

I forgot the name of this place we were eating at, but maybe I'll post it once I remember since the food was to die for! As for our weekend getaways in LA, we always try to explore as much as we can. This past one involved some car difficulties, but we solved them and made our bond with one another even stronger. Thank you boyfriend for taking me on such amazing adventures. Till next time!
