Listen up! Today my featured artist is a local from my hood. He goes by Pumba, but is named Alvaro Jesus Rincon. Pumba is a music producer & Snow Tha Product's (I'll get further into her.) official tour DJ. Raised in the 831 aka Watson, I met him through mutual friends and partying. Being young kids from a small town, that's how most people would meet. Ever since I met this dude he's been all about making beats and music. Cool, eh? I still remember smoking weed in his studio with friends while he would play piano or someone would be there recording. I guess I never really appreciated that till now. Crazy how life works! Not only that, he was also in a rapper duo group named Untamed Gorillaz. I never did see them perform, but they were a big hit in our small beach town.
